Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic practice that is becoming increasingly popular as both a form of meditation and a mind-body therapy. It is a form of guided meditation that allows us to reach a state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation whilst being completely conscious. In this relaxed state we are able to restore and renew the energy of our body, senses and mind.

Unlike traditional meditation Yoga Nidra is practiced lying in a comfortable position and unlike traditional yoga it is not a practice in which you place your body into a series of postures. Guided by a teacher it is very simple and easy to practice.
